Because we sell our homes directly through our on-site sales team and manage the transaction in-house, we offer a simple, clean referral structure designed to be easy for agents and smooth for buyers.

Referral Fee

We offer a $5,000 referral fee to licensed real estate agents who introduce and accompany their client to our community in accordance with the policy below.

How It Works

Our team handles the sales process from contract through closing, including escrow coordination, and construction updates. Referring agents can stay as involved as they wish, but we manage the day-to-day transaction so the process is straightforward and low-time-commitment for everyone.

Agent Registration Requirement

To qualify for the referral fee:

• The agent must accompany their client on the client’s first visit to the community and register them with our sales team at that time.

• If the agent cannot attend in person, they may send a fellow agent from their office to register their client during that initial showing.

• Clients who visit, call, or register without their agent present on the first visit will be considered direct buyers and will not be eligible for a referral fee.

This policy helps ensure clear representation from the start and protects both our buyers and our agent partners.

Payment Timing

Referral fees are paid at the close of escrow to the referring agent’s brokerage in accordance with standard brokerage practices and licensing requirements.
