No. All homes will be single story.

Yes. Whole house fans are effective at cooling a home anytime outdoor air temperature is cooler than inside your home by eliminating heat from living space & attic, as a result it reduces the amount of A/C use therefore you save money.

Do you have jetted tubs in the master bathroom?
Yes, about 1/2 of our plans have jetted tubs in the master.
